By accessing or using Capital Karo’s website, CRM platform, mobile applications, white-label systems, or any related services operated by Dhanita Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you agree to follow all Terms & Conditions mentioned below.

1. Scope of Services

Capital Karo provides a SaaS-based CRM, white-label CRM systems, hosting, integrations, and technical support services. Users can manage leads, customers, and team activities using our platform. We also act as a loan service facilitator and referral partner (DSA) for Banks and NBFCs. We do not operate as a lender and do not provide any loan from our own capital.

2. CRM Customizations & Paid Add-Ons

Any additional development, feature customization, or integration outside the default package is fully chargeable as per effort, time, and technical scope. Custom feature timelines may vary depending on complexity.

3. White-Label CRM Usage

Partners using the white-label CRM are fully responsible for managing their DSA network, onboarding users, compliance, and business operations. Capital Karo only provides the software platform and technical support.

4. No Funds-Based Lending

Capital Karo and Dhanita Technologies Pvt. Ltd. do not provide loans directly. All loan services are processed under a referral / sourcing model with banks and NBFC partners.

5. Data Responsibility & Compliance

Users are responsible for data uploaded in the CRM. Capital Karo is not liable for incorrect data entry, misuse, or unauthorized sharing by any partner or user. Users must follow applicable RBI, IT, privacy, and financial compliance guidelines.

6. Installation, Hosting & Refund Policy

Once CRM installation, domain mapping, hosting setup, or white-label activation is completed, no refund is applicable. Reinstallation, domain change, or server transfer is chargeable.

7. Legal Responsibility

All business activities conducted using the CRM are solely the responsibility of the user or partner. Capital Karo is not liable for any disputes, loan fraud, miscommunication, financial loss, or legal action arising from user activity.

8. Account Termination

Capital Karo may suspend or terminate any account found violating policies, misusing the platform, or engaging in fraudulent/illegal practices. No refund is issued upon termination due to policy violation.

9. Intellectual Property

All CRM software, UI/UX, source code, graphics, branding, and system architecture belong to Dhanita Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Capital Karo is not responsible for loss of business, revenue, reputation, or data due to server issues, downtime, third-party failures, or technical errors. Best-effort support is provided as per the service plan.

11. Third-Party Integrations

Any API, WhatsApp integration, SMS gateway, payment gateway, or external services are subject to policies of their respective providers. Capital Karo is not responsible for failures caused by third-party platforms.

12. Updates & Modifications

Capital Karo may update features, security patches, or service terms anytime without prior notice. Continued usage implies acceptance of updated terms.
